Shipping is charged based on weight of the package and will be added to the total amount due at checkout.

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. If a product is undamaged, the buyer will cover the cost of shipping but a full refund will be granted. If you receive a damaged product, return shipping cost will be paid for by Freer Outdoor along with a full product refund or replacement.
